Left home alone so I decided to make some spaghetti bolognese for dinner, but Covi style ;)
Naturally it looks like your average spag bol, but is it??
Of Course not, since when did I do anything normal!?
So, Covi style spag bol, here's the ins and outs;
What you'll need:
- Beef OXO cube
- Cherry tomatoes
- Parmaham cheese
- Pepper (any colour)
- Quorn mince
- Red pepper and smoked paprika relish
- Spaghetti
- Tomato ketchup
Firstly you need to boil the water, once boiled pour it into the saucepan then add the spaghetti. This needs to cook for about 20 minutes.
Next cook the mince in a frying pan for roughly 10 minutes. About 8 minutes in, break up a beef OXO cube into a mug and add boiling water to the top, stir well then pour into the mince. This needs to simmer for a couple of minutes.
Add some tomato ketchup, relish and your chopped veg to the frying pan and mix in.
Grab a bowl, put your pasta in, then some mince and grate your cheese.
Eat until your heart is content.
